Final Project Oral Presentation

My story/topic for this assignment is ‘A Day in the Life of an International Student’.

I believe that this is a very important topic to inform people on as the international student population is continually growing as time goes on.

I interviewed 3 international students in total. The first person I interviewed, was Georgina Minta, she will be the subject for my assignment. Georgie is originally from London, United Kingdom, and was recruited here to play for the Central Michigan University Field Hockey team.

The second person I am about to interview this weekend iss Makenzie Brown. She is originally from Glasgow, Scotland, and was recruited to play Field Hockey at Michigan State University.

I also have another friend who I will interview this evening from Palawan, in the Phillippinnes, studying Biomedical Science at Michigan State University.

Evidently, college/univeristy is a challenge in itself for anyone, never mind moving half way across the world to pursue a degree. I am going to explore the many challenges and benefits that these international students face throughout the course of their time in the US.
