Announcing the API3 and 0Chain Partnership

API3 is happy to announce a partnership and integration with 0Chain, a high performance decentralized storage network. API3 will be using Airnode to allow compatible blockchains to utilise 0Chain’s dStorage, acting as a storage layer for dApps developed on these blockchains. 0Chain will also be providing API3 with data storage pricing information, and metadata associated with this over Airnode.

Giving all smart contract platforms that are supported by Airnode access to 0Chain’s decentralized storage protocol will allow the creation of dApps using 0Chain as a high performance storage layer. API3’s Airnode allows this all to take place without having to trust third-party node operators (or hardware enclaves with documented vulnerabilities) with the data, and its GDPR compliant design is complementary to 0Chain’s focus on privacy and security compliance.
