I met loneliness one day walking along the bank of my consciousness.

Her shame was deep and contorted into itself, that all there was to it was a gaping void rhythmically pulsing and gaping with the overwhelming singularity of her expression of her being. Shame had…

Fake it till you make it

Have you ever act of being dramatic? I believe you had created concocted stories many times in your life. Isn’t it? Its only because you have different comfort zone around different people.

William Shakespeare said,

“All the word’s a stage, and all the men and women are merely players; They have their exits and entrances, and one man in his time plays many parts.”

Here, the question is how to nail interviews by being equipped and on which extent we can become fake in our interviews until we make it? In order to clear our concept, we had meeting with Dr. Afzal Umer, the principal of Usman Blessing Home School last day. He made our points clear and gave detailed answers of our questions.

In a question asked by Akmal, what suggestions you may have on how to be fully prepared for an interview. He answered, “First, your basic concepts about that particular subject must be clear, dressing matters a lot as it conveys a message about what type of that person is, research a little bit about that institution you are applying for. These little things leave your good impression on us..”

In a question from Khaqan, How to rehearse for an interview. He answered, “Little champs, do it yourself interviewing practice, record practicing as its the best way to judge yourself critically, recruit a friend or family member and set up an interview space like set up a condition in your kitchen table, sit on the other side and then start practicing, it will definitely set the scene for your practice interview to be more formal.

By answering Saeed’s question on which extent a candidate can become fake in an interview, He answered that we are here after having experience of 20 years, a person should show gratitude but not kind of buttering as it will leave a bad impression of you, we can easily recognize who is really passionate and who’s not by looking into eyes, so be genuine or real.

Jamil asked about “how fake it, till you make it” affect in an interview? Dr. Afzal briefly answered that do practice at home, It not means that you act in front of us, but practice in front of your siblings or in front of mirror and at the end you will definitely achieve success.

It was really an amazing meeting with an experienced person. The main takeaways of the interview were:

We all are going to apply the tips that Dr. Afzal gave us in order to make our name in this competitive world and for this, we have to change ourselves and our attitudes first.

Wish best of luck to all readers..:)
